Office Concierge
  • We’re looking for someone with a flair for customer service to make our guest (and staff) experience a positive one
  • Full time, maximum term contract until 30 June 2021

What you’ll be doing

Our beautiful office in Sydney has recently had an upgrade and we are looking for someone with a flair for customer service and a love for detail to join our vibrant and diverse team. This role is responsible for ensuring high quality and proactive concierge, meeting and events services to our internal and external customers.

What you will need

  • Flair for customer service – taking initiative, exceeding expectations and ability to think ahead and anticipate needs of your customers
  • Excellent organisational skills together with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoys working with and learning new technology, and empowering others to do the same
  • Ability to flourish working both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills with focus on follow through and closing the loop
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Role Desirables

  • Demonstrated experience in liaising with service providers and suppliers
  • Qualifications in administration or similar field
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
  • Use of video technology systems
